化瘀益宫汤联合炔诺酮对子宫内膜息肉患者雌孕激素受体及复发的影响

   
    【摘要】  [目的]化瘀益宫汤联合炔诺酮对子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者雌孕激素受体及复发的影响。[方法]EP患者46例其中治疗组32例服化瘀益宫汤联合炔诺酮，无药组14例为对照组，3个月后用免疫组化方法检测2组患者子宫内膜组织中ER、PR的表达，并观察息肉复发情况。[结果]治疗组ER在腺上皮细胞(1.306+0.411)及间质细胞(1.530±0.624)的表达显著低于对照组中腺上皮细胞(2.507±0.542)及间质细胞(3.091±0.613)(P<0.01);PR在腺上皮细胞(2.918±0.441)及间质细胞(2.747±0.319)的表达显著高于对照组中腺上皮细胞(1.532±0.411)及间质细胞(1.435±0.633)(P<0.01)，且复发减少。[结论]化瘀益宫汤联合炔诺酮能够调控ER、PR，减少复发。

    Abstract： [Objective]To investigate the effect of Huayuyigongtang with norethindronum on estrogen receptors(ER) and progestogen receptor(PR) and endometrial polyp recurrence.[Methods]32 patients of treatment group by taking Chinese medicine with norethindronum and fourteen patients of control group had nothing，expression of ER,PR in EP and proliferative endometrial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and observed the EP recurrence after 3 month.[Results]The expression of ERin treatment group was lower than that in control group and PR in treatment group was higher than that in control group and recurrence was decreased.[Conclusion]Chinese medicine with norethindronum can adjust ER,PR and decrease the recurrence.
