村小教师积极情绪与职业怠倦的相互作用探究

　　通过对以往研究的查阅，目前关于乡村教师职业倦怠的研究并不多，大多数教师职业倦怠的研究都集中于一般教师群体，并未对乡村教师这一群体单独进行职业倦怠的研究。另外，在以往研究中，由于分类研究的缺失，一般教师群体研究所出现的结果是否能够推广至乡村教师群体仍然值得商榷。积极情绪对于乡村小学教师的职业倦怠是否与一般性群体内的研究结果相一致，目前亟待研究。
　　
　　本研究采用量化研究与质性研究相结合的方法，对乡村小学教师的职业倦怠及积极情绪进行研究，以期能进一步拓展乡村小学教师的职业倦怠的理论研究，并为后期的干预工作提供理论基础，在此基础上为我国农村基础教育发展历程提供参考。
　　
　　访谈结果，乡村小学教师的积极情绪对职业倦怠有直接缓解效应，乡村小学教师的积极情绪提高教师复原力，乡村小学教师的积极情绪带来更合理的应对压力方式，乡村小学教师的积极情绪提高老师自我效能感。
　　
　　结论：本研究采用问卷调查及质性研究的方法，对乡村小学教师的职业倦怠进行研究，综合两个部分的研究及结果分析，得出以下结论：第一，乡村小学教师的积极情绪与职业倦怠间存在显着负相关。第二，积极情绪对乡村小学教师的职业倦怠存在直接缓解作用。第三，积极情绪为乡村小学教师建设更好心理资本进而减轻职业倦怠。第四，积极情绪对乡村小学教师的认知结构的改善减轻职业倦怠。

　　Abstract
　　
　　Based on previous studies, Current research on rural teacher burnout is not much . Moststudies teacher burnout has focused on teachers in general population. This group of ruralteachers did not study individual burnout. In addition, due to the lack of classification,previous studies whether the results are generally groups of teachers Institute appears to beable to promote the township teacher groups still debatable. For positive emotions TownshipPrimary School Teachers' Job Burnout is consistent with the findings of the generalpopulation within the current urgent research. In this study, quantitative research andqualitative research method of combining, township primary school teachers and positiveemotional burnout research. Theoretical studies with a view to further expand the townshipprimary school teachers burnout, and provide a theoretical basis for the intervention later, onthis basis, to provide a reference for the development of basic education in rural areas of thecourse.

Second, positive emotions give township primary school teachers burnout directmitigation. Third, Positive emotions help township primary school teachers build a betterpsychological capital thereby reducing burnout.
