脊柱结核病灶清除植骨内固定术54例疗效观察

    【摘要】  [目的]探讨病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗脊柱结核的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析采用病灶清除植骨内固定术治疗的54例脊柱结核患者的临床资料。[结果]本组患者切口均一期愈合，无局部窦道形成;平均随访20个月，结核病灶无复发，植骨完全融合，脊柱后凸畸形平均矫正13°，神经功能得到恢复。[结论]病灶清除植骨内固定术能彻底清除病灶、重建脊柱稳定性、促进脊柱植骨融合、缩短卧床时间，有利于患者的康复

    Abstract：[Objective]To explore the cure effect of debridement and bonetransplantation internal fixation on spinal tuberculosis.[Method]Trace back and analyse the clinical data of 54 cases treated with the method above.[Result]All the patients were cured in stage 1, without focal sinus path formation; after followed up for 20m, there’s no recurrence, the bone transplantation completely melted, the spinal kyphosis was averagely corrected 13°，the nerve was recovered on function.[Conclusion]The said method can thoroughly clear focal, reestablish spinal stability, promote spinal bone transplantation crasis, shorten inbed time, helpful to patients recovery.
